been previously reviewed by the Board, and will be enacted by one motion.  There 
will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member so requests; 
in which event the item will be removed from the General Order of Business, and 
considered in its normal sequence on the Agenda.

Discussion and possible action to approve the November 16, 2010 Special Meeting 
Minutes.

2C	Fiscal Year 2010 Annual Financial Report

Discussion and possible action to accept the District Annual Financial Report for 
the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2010.
