CONSENT AGENDA:  All items listed with “C” are considered to be routine 
or have been previously reviewed by the City council, and will be enacted 
by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless 
a Councilmember so requests; in which event the item will be removed from 
the General Order of Business, and considered in its normal sequence on 
the Agenda.

CONSENT – New Business:

1C	Authorization to Hold an Executive Session

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03:  Discussion and possible action to 
authorize the holding of an Executive Session for the purpose of:

a)	Discussion and consultation with designated representatives 
of the public body pertaining to contract negotiations with the City 
of Peoria Police Supervisors Association (COPPS). 
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.5) 

b)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice pertaining to 
the Quintero Golf and Country Club. 
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.3)

c)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice pertaining to 
the Lease Agreement with Arizona Broadway Theatre. 
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.3); and

d)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice regarding 
negotiations with Salty Senorita for the lease of real property. 
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.7)

2C     Canvass of November 2, 2010 General Election

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2010-96 accepting and approving 
the official canvass of election for the November 2, 2010 City of Peoria 
General Election.

(A Certificate of Election will be presented as appropriate following vote.)
