CONSENT AGENDA

CONSENT AGENDA:  All items listed with “C” are considered to be routine 
or have been previously reviewed by the City council, and will be 
enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these 
items unless a Councilmember so requests; in which event the item will 
be removed from the General Order of Business, and considered in its 
normal sequence on the Agenda.

CONSENT – New Business:

1C	Authorization to Hold an Executive Session

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03:  Discussion and possible action to 
authorize the holding of an Executive Session for the purpose of: 

a)	Discussion and consultation with designated representatives of 
the public body pertaining to contract negotiations with the City of 
Peoria Police Supervisors Association (COPPS). 	
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.5);

b)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice on a proposed 
exclusive negotiating agreement with Ottawa University. 
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.4);

c)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice on a proposed 
development agreement with the Core Group/Cold Plasma.
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.4);

d)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice on eligibility 
for participation in the Arizona State Retirement System and the 
Public Safety Personnel Retirement System.
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.3); and

e)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice on legal issues 
pertaining to wireless communication facilities and Conditional 
Use Permit CU 10-0044.
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.3)
