Under the provisions of A.R.S. §38-431.03.A.1 and §38-431.03.A.3 there 
will be a CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION following the Regular 1:00 p.m. 
Peoria City Council Subcommittee for Evaluations of Municipal Judge and 
City Attorney Meeting.


EXECUTIVE SESSION AGENDA

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1 and § 38-431.03.0A.3:  An Executive 
Session for the purpose of discussion and consultation with legal 
counsel for legal advice regarding:

a)	Discussion with representatives of a public body regarding the 
evaluations  of the City Attorney and Presiding Municipal Judge; 

b)	Discussion with the City Attorney regarding his evaluation and 
for consultation with the City Attorney for Legal Advice on Terms and 
Conditions of Employment agreement with Presiding Municipal Judge; and 

c)	Discussion with the Presiding Municipal Judge regarding his 
evaluation.
