CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed with “C” are considered to be routine 
or have been previously reviewed by the City Council Subcommittee for 
Evaluations of Municipal Judge and City Attorney, and will be enacted 
by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items 
unless a City Council Subcommittee for Evaluations of Municipal Judge 
and City Attorney member so requests; in which event the item will be 
removed from the General Order of Business, and considered in its 
normal sequence on the Agenda.


CONSENT – New Business:

1C	MINUTES: 	

Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes of May 10, 2010.

2C	Authorization to Hold Executive Sessions

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03.A.1 and §38-431.03.A.3: Discussion and 
possible action to authorize the holding of an Executive Session for 
the purpose of discussion regarding the evaluation and salaries of 
charter officers:  City Attorney; Presiding Municipal Judge.
  

REGULAR AGENDA

NEW BUSINESS:

3R	Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1:  Discussion with 
representatives of a public body regarding the evaluations of the City 
Attorney and Presiding Municipal Judge.   

4R	Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1 and §38-431.03.A.3:  
Discussion with the City Attorney regarding his evaluation and for 
consultation with the City Attorney for Legal Advice on Terms and 
Conditions of Employment agreement with Presiding Municipal Judge.    

5R	Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1:  Discussion with the 
Presiding Municipal Judge regarding his evaluation.   

NOTE:  3R, 4R and 5R will be discussed in Executive Session unless 
requested to be an Open Session by the Presiding Municipal Judge and/or 
the City Attorney.
