reviewed by the Council Subcommittee on Boards and Commissions Appointments, and will be 
enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a 
Subcommittee member so requests; in which event the item will be removed from the General 
Order of Business, and considered in its normal sequence on the Agenda.

1C	Authorization to Hold an Executive Session: 	PASSED

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03: An Executive Session for the purpose of:

a)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice pertaining to powers, duties and 
responsibilities of Council Ethics Subcommittee pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3).

b)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice pertaining to Ethics issue pursuant to 
A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3).

Your comments pertaining to the business of the Council Subcommittee on Ethics are welcome.  
However, if you wish to address the Council Subcommittee on Ethics, please complete a Speaker 
Request Form and return it to the City Attorney before the call to order for this meeting.  
Boards and Commissions are not authorized by state law to discuss or take action on any issue 
raised by public comment until a later meeting.
