Review and discussion regarding Boards and Commissions draft meeting minutes.

Discussion and possible action to appoint, reappoint, recruit or schedule interviews for various 
City Boards and Commissions including, but not limited to the Arts Commission, Board of Adjustment, 
and Library Board.  Discussions may include attendance, conflict of interests and other issues that 
may impact membership to Boards and Commissions.

5R	Economic Development Advisory Board

Discussion regarding the composition, powers, duties and activities related to the Economic 
Development Advisory Board.
 
6R	Building Board of Appeals

Discussion regarding the composition, powers, duties and activities related to the Building Board 
of Appeals.
