City Boards and Commissions including, but not limited to the Arts Commission, Board of Adjustment, 
Historic Preservation Commission, Library Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, Public Defender 
Contract Review Committee, Sister Cities Board, and Veterans Memorial Board.  Discussions may 
include attendance, conflict of interests and other issues that may impact membership to Boards and 
Commissions.

Discussion regarding the composition, powers, duties and activities related to the Municipal
