Discussion and possible action regarding a Borough of Ards Development Service Coordinator 
request to establish a virtual link between elementary schools in the two communities.

4R	CENTENNIAL TIMELINE PROJECT – BOROUGH OF ARDS AND PEORIA	APPROVED

Discussion and possible action in celebration of Arizona’s centennial, to create a joint 
project paralleling the two Sister Cities’ development 

5R	SISTER CITIES PARTICIPATION IN PIONEER DAYS PARADE	APPROVED

Discussion and possible action regarding participation of the Sister Cities Board in the 
April 2, 2011 Peoria Pioneer Days Parade.

6R	2011 GOALS AND OBJECTIVES	APPROVED

Discussion and possible action regarding strategic goals and objectives for the Peoria Sister 
Cities Board.
