No Action Required 5R PUBLIC HEARING: RE: Historic Preservation Master Plan. PUBLIC HEARING – The City of Peoria Planning Division has updated the 2005 Historic Preservation Master Plan. The document includes a background on historic preservation in Peoria, a history of Peoria, goals for historic preservation in Peoria, and a description of the Local Historic Landmark & District designation process.
