Project Description 

Renovation of a building

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) was provided additional funding for the Public Housing Capital Fund under the grant funding provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.  These funds will be used by the City to support renovations at public housing units such as replacing heat pumps, roofing and improving energy efficiency.
