10/27/2009
The Peoria Sports
Complex will go to the dogs on Saturday, Nov. 7, for an all-day music festival
in honor of man’s best friend. Pet-A-Palooza includes live music performed by
Fast Ryde, Williams Riley Band and Blaine Larson. There also will be pet-themed
activities for human and canine concert-goers – such as the Dog Agility Contest,
Dog-Owner Look-a-Like Competition and Frisbee Toss Challenge – as well as food,
shopping and exhibitions. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. General admission
is $10, and a portion of the proceeds benefit the Arizona Humane Society. For
