City Residents Can Borrow Tools from Lending Center

Peoria’s Tool Lending Center – a program that aims to assist homeowners, renters and neighborhood groups with landscaping projects, yard cleanups, community rebuilding and other improvement projects – will be open by the end of June. The program is similar to the traditional library concept: Peoria residents can borrow a selection of tools or equipment at no charge for a limited period of time.
