Rio Vista Hosts Carb-Counting Seminar

Rio Vista Recreation Center and Banner Health are sponsoring a free seminar on the basics of carbohydrate counting for meal planning and diabetes management. The seminar is part of the monthly Lifestyle Enrichment Series and will take place on Tuesday, March 24, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Pre-registration is requested and can be done by calling the center at 623-773-8600. The center is located off the Loop 101 at 8866 W. Thunderbird Road, inside Rio Vista Community Park.
