Enough Water to Use, Never Enough to Waste

Whose line is it, anyway? Why, it’s the city’s. The Water Conservation Division has trademarked the slogan “Peoria has enough water to use, but we never have enough to waste.™” The trademark line will be used in promotions, articles, utility-bill inserts, on the Internet and elsewhere.
