Peoria Parks Division to Cut Ribbon on Dog-Friendly Areas

The city invites its residents and their canine companions to a ribbon cutting for its new dog-friendly areas at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27, at Alta Vista Park, 10630 W. Williams Road. The event, which will include treats and giveaways, will celebrate the dog areas at Alta Vista and two other city parks: Parkridge and Sunnyslope.
