Updated Development Impact Fees Take Effect March 3

The updated impact fees adopted by City Council on Dec. 18, 2007, will take effect Monday, March 3. Impact fees are charged to developers to help offset the cost of expanding city infrastructure -- such as streets and water lines -- to support new construction.
