Packets for City Council Hopefuls Available from City Clerk

The City Clerk has candidate packets available for individuals interested in seeking one of the three City Council seats up for election this fall. Those seats represent the Ironwood, Mesquite and Willow districts. Would-be candidates can pick up packets in the City Clerk’s office, located on the first floor of City Hall, 8401 W. Monroe St. The candidate filing period is May 5 through June 4. The primary election will be held Sept. 2 and the general election will be Nov. 4.
