The Peoria City Council will hold a workshop and special study session on Saturday, Oct. 20, to consider economic development and impact fees. It will convene at 8:30 a.m. in the second-floor Peoria Room of the city’s Public Safety Administration Building, 8351 W. Cinnabar Ave.
