Peoria Accepting Applications for Non-profit Funds
Each year, the city of Peoria awards grants in-aid to not-for-profit social service and human service agencies whose programs benefit Peoria's residents.

Each year, the city of Peoria awards grants in-aid to not-for-profit social
service and human service agencies whose programs benefit Peoria�s residents.
This year, the city will begin accepting proposals by not-for-profit agencies
for Fiscal Year 2014 (July 1, 2013 � June 30, 2014) on Monday, January 3, 2013.
Agencies may qualify to receive funding through the HOME Program, Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG), and General Fund Not-for-Profit funds. Proposal
submission deadline is January 31, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.
All interested HOME Program, CDBG and General Fund Not-For-Profit applicants
will be required to submit proposals on-line utilizing United Way's e-C Impact
software.
Agencies interested in applying for City of Peoria Fiscal Year 2014 CDBG, HOME
Program and/or General Fund Not-For-Profit Grants must submit a letter of intent
to apply for each project. Letters of intent to apply are required to be
submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 19, 2012.
Letters of Intent forms will be available at the orientation meetings or can be
downloaded at www.peoriaaz.gov/notforprofitgrants. All letters of intent must be
submitted to the City's Neighborhood and Revitalization Division by either
emailing the form to neighborhoodrevitalization@peoriaaz.gov, or by faxing the
form to 623-773-7233. Once the letter of intent to apply has been received, a
profile will be created allowing applicants access to the application(s) once
the applications are available on January 3, 2013.
Interested agencies are invited to attend a grant application orientation
meeting scheduled for:
Monday, December 10, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (CDBG/HOME)
Monday, December 10, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (General Fund)
The City cannot guarantee access to applications on e-C Impact if notification
of intent to apply has not been received by the due date of December 19, 2012.
