Channel 11 to Air Planning and Zoning Sessions

Peoria’s Channel 11 is poised to begin live telecasts of the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission. The next meeting – on Thursday, July 19 – will air live at 6:30 p.m. It will be rebroadcast at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily starting the evening of Tuesday, July 24, through Sunday, July 29. The commission is an advisory board that makes recommendations to the City Council. It comprises eight Peoria citizens who volunteer their time. The panel generally meets the first and third Thursdays of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber. To learn more, visit www.peoriaaz.gov/planning.
