Rio Vista Offers Workshop on Cooking with Leftovers

Learn to extend your holiday dining in a healthy way at workshop on making the most of holiday leftovers. A chef will teach participants about preserving leftovers and making good use of them -- which is cost-effective. The seminar –- on Friday, Dec. 10, from 11 a.m. to noon at Rio Vista Recreation Center – will include recipes, food facts and a demonstration with tasty samples.
