CPR 'Replacement' Doesn't Require Mouth-to-Mouth
Attend Free Workshop Nov. 20 at Rio Vista

Learn the latest lifesaving technique – Continuous Chest Compression, or CCC – in a 90-minute workshop at Rio Vista Recreation Center the morning of Saturday, Nov. 20. CCC is easier than the “old” CPR and doesn’t involve mouth-to-mouth contact. Participants in the 10 a.m. workshop will learn how to respond to a cardiac emergency, perform chest compressions and use an automatic external defibrillator, or AED.
