Behavioral Health Expert Talks Turkey about Holiday Stress

The holiday season is a great time for being with family and friends. But the season also can be a time of stress, especially in tough economic times. Learning to deal with stress, as well as how to control what can be controlled, can go a long way in helping to cope during the holiday season and beyond. Sandi Lloyd, senior manager of outpatient behavioral health at Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center, will discuss coping strategies from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 13, at Rio Vista Recreation Center.
