Motorcycle Ride to Benefit Special Olympics

Phoenix West Elks Lodge No. 2729 will sponsor a Special Olympics Charity Motorcycle Run on Saturday, Sept. 18. The ride will begin at 10 a.m. at Elks Lodge No. 2729, 5525 W. Colter St. in Glendale, and take participants approximately 170 miles through Wickenburg and Prescott before returning to the lodge. Registration begins at 7 a.m., as does a pre-ride breakfast. Pre-registration is $20 for riders and $6 for passengers through Saturday, Sept. 11. Registration is $24 for riders and $8 for passengers; breakfast is $4 per person. The ride will be followed by dinner, drinks and dancing at the Elks lodge; dinner-only tickets are $10.
