City Council to Hear About Transportation, Air Quality
Channel 11 to Televise May 15 Study Session
5/10/2007

The May 15 City Council Study Session will be at 5:30 p.m., instead of the usual 4 p.m., and be televised on Peoria Channel 11. Dennis Smith, executive director of the Maricopa Association of Governments, will be a special guest at the session. He is expected to provide an overview of his organization, then discuss the Regional Transportation Plan and Valleywide air-quality issues, including dust control. Channel 11 will televise the City Council’s 7 p.m. meeting as usual.
