Adaptive Recreation Starts Summer with Beach Party

Peoria’s Adaptive Recreation Program for people with disabilities is throwing a Beach Party Bash on Saturday, June 5, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Peoria Community Center. The event – for folks ages 13 to 22 – will include games with prizes, music, dancing, food and souvenir pictures. Admission is $4 in advance or $5 at the door.
