Where: Peoria City Council Chamber, 8401 W. Monroe Street
What: Presenting Departments - City Manager, Finance, Budget
- Welcome and Intro from Elected Official
- Introduction by City Manager; discussion of overall city organizational structure, Council-Manager form of government
- Where does the city get its money? Discussion of taxes, fees, etc.
- How does the city spend its money? Discussion of budget

- City Clerk – elections, districts, open meetings law
- Roundtable discussion with Mayor & City Council prior to City Council meeting
- Graduation ceremony at beginning of City Council meeting
- All graduates are welcome to stay for the City Council meeting
