Neighborhood Meeting - Terramar Cove Development Project

Cason Tyler Companies on behalf of Entrust Arizona has recently filed a rezoning request for a 4.99 acre site located north of Happy Valley Road and west of 68th Avenue in the City of Peoria, to be known as Terramar Cove. The property is adjacent to a City Park and Terramar Elementary School. This request is for rezoning the site from SR-43 to R1-8, which will allow for 16 new single-family homes.

A neighborhood meeting will be held at the time and place listed below to discuss the proposed Rezoning and answer any questions you may have.
