Its intuitive platform will empower users to conveniently identify civic issues - public safety, quality of life, environmental, etc - and report them to the city. This mobile reporting platform will improve how Peoria delivers services to your neighborhood. By downloading and using PeoriaAz Civic Reporter you will be making our City a better place for all residents of Peoria to live.

Reporting an Issue via Smart Phone App 
PeoriaAz Civic Reporter allows a user to capture a photo, video, or audio of the problem. The user then uploads the media and, along with GPS location information pulled directly from the device, submits a report directly to the city's appropriate department. Once a non-emergency  report is submitted, feedback is provided during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.to the user based on the action taken by the department handling the report.  If the issue you are reporting is an emergency, call 911.

You can also report issues from your desktop or laptop via the website http://www.peoriaaz.gov/report .

Instructions
Follow the instructions below to download the application to your phone (iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and Windows Phone). When you see a light out, graffiti or other problem, open the application, take a photo with your phone, select type of issue, and send. The photo, along with the address via GPS is sent directly to the City and generates a service request. TIP: Be sure the GPS feature on your device is turned on.

Helpful Tips
