As the Palo Verde District city council member since 2007, including two terms as Peoria’s Vice Mayor, it’s been my honor to represent the interests and concerns of all local residents.
Leadership in the valley is critical to our community. I have served on Maricopa’s Transportation Policy Council and its Regional Public Transportation Authority (Valley Metro) where I was Chairman in 2012 and 2013. Peoria stays at the forefront of road and transit development, both regionally and in our city. Improved transportation is an important key to continued prosperity.
The Palo Verde District lies at the crossroads of Peoria. The Loop 101 corridor on the west side of the district takes in important commercial development. The central part of the district includes quality neighborhoods that residents are proud to call home. The northern portion of the district include a mix of exciting new and existing residential development, in addition to emerging retail along the Bell Road corridor. Together with residents, we will continue to carefully craft a district that is vibrant and with quality services.
My office is here to assist as needed. Whether it’s a phone call, an email, or a visit to City Hall, we will continue to do what you’ve come to expect – respond to and solve issues you as citizens have regarding our city.
