State of Arizona Driving Laws
28-947B: In State of Arizona vehicles can only have white or amber lights in color. All red and blue lights are for emergency vehicles only.
28-858: When approaching a horse and rider in a vehicle, the drive must slow down to a reasonable speed to prevent an frightening the horse. If the horse appears to be frighten, the driver of the vehicle should stop and follow the commands of the rider of the horse.
28-897: A person shall not drive over a fire hose being used to extinguish a fire.
28-963: A television screen for the use of TV Broadcasting cannot be in the view of the driver.
State of Arizona Criminal Laws
13-3405: Possession of marijuana of less than one pound is a Class 6 felony.
13-1213: It is a class 1 misdemeanor to point a laser light at a peace officer.
13-1602: It is a class 4 felony to park a vehicle in such a manor to deprive livestock of water.
