Landlords:  

A person who owns residential unit(s) for rent in the city of Peoria must obtain a business license
and remit the appropriate tax. Landlords must also be registered with Maricopa County (click here to access the Maricopa County website)

To stop water or sewer service, you will need to contact the Customer Service Center.
