Professional Standards Unit Mission Statement:
The Peoria Police Department is committed to the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior. These standards will be the hallmark of the Professional Standards Unit’s success and will be vigorously pursued in partnership with the citizens of Peoria by identifying, recognizing, and resolving public safety concerns.
Professional Standard’s role is to assist Department administrators, supervisors and employees in maintaining a high standard of accountability and integrity, while ensuring the confidence of the citizens of Peoria.
