Request for Sewer Fee Appeal

Sewer fees are calculated annually, based on the customer’s average water-usage for the winter months: January, February and March. If your water usage for these three months was not typical due to filling a pool, a leak, or winter landscaping, you may submit this Sewer Fee Appeal Form.

The information provided on this form will be used to determine if your sewer fee should be adjusted for the remainder of the year. Any allowances, based on the information provided, will be reflected on future bills.
